With the continuous expansion of the group's business scale, the training methods, scope and focus are constantly adjusted to meet the needs of development.First is the training of backbone and backup personnel. Through cooperation with Tsinghua university and other famous training institution, CGCOC has held five period "backbone" executive force training, including the international situation, national strategy, cultural transmission, management skills, safety demonstration, etc., and has trained more than three hundred young backbones with the unique characteristics of CGCOC, realizing their values to an extreme and guaranteeing the constant development of the company. Second, the "training for new employees" carried out by domestic companies of the group enables new employees to systematically master professional knowledge, foreign language and project management before working abroad, and more importantly, a deeper understanding about the culture of the company enables them to integrate into the overseas team as soon as possible.
