South Outer Ring Expressway Project (referred to as "OSEX" Project) is located in the south of the Nigeria capital ABUJA. It is designed to be 6.25km long, and 78.7 meters wide, which includes 2 X 12m main roads plus 2 X 8m relief roads, totaling 10 two-way lanes. The project includes ancillary work, earthwork, drainage work, road construction, bridge construction (4 overpasses and three pedestrian bridges), city lights, water systems, electricity and communications facilities and so on. The road is among the highest standard ones in Nigeria.
