We invest in the construction of the “Poli Lotus International Center” real estate project in the Ethiopian capital. Total land area planned for the project is up to 38,695 square meters; total planned construction area of the project is about 176,417 square meters, among which, 138,231 square meters is ground area, 80,000 square meters for a 13-storeyed housing, 40,287 square meters for (13- to 15-storeyed) public buildings, 15,334 square meters for (3-storeyed) commercial shops and 33,245 square meters for underground buildings. Except for a small amount of space for the storage of equipments, the underground area is mainly for parking. The volume ratio is 3.57; building density 37.6%, green coverage 33%. It will be able to accommodate 642 households and 800 parking spaces.
