Uganda's gold explorationSource:CGCOC Click:251 Since August 2014, CGCOC cooperate with local companies in Uganda to undertake Busia gold mine exploration work. The project is located in the Lake Victoria Greenstone area, with orogenic gold deposits hosted in greenstone belts and BIF host rock. Early exploration has delineated two north-south gold belts, of 3.6 km and 2 km long respectively. The 22 drilling revealed good continuity of gold found in the mineral body, with an average grade of 1.96g/t. In 2014, CGCOC will work a total of 2,500 meters of drilling, and it has been basically completed. Drilling work shows that ore bodies have excellent continuity in the depth and direction, and tends to get rich and deep. Samples have been sent to the laboratory for analysis.
