Chad International Commercial Center Project (CIA) is funded by the Government of Chad from the Oil Fund. It is positioned as both a multi-purpose civil building complex and the central business district in the capital NDJAMENA of Chad. Upon completion, it will be the largest, most comprehensive business district in Central Africa. Phase I project includes the construction of a modern international conference center and a five-star luxury hotel. The five-star hotel and its sub-projects are one of the important projects to support the new international business center. It covers an area of about 35000 sqm, with 13 floors and one underground floor, with a total height of 49.35m. Conference Center and its affiliated project cover an area of about 40000 sqm. The conference center is in oval arched structure, with the maximum span of 100m, the smallest span of 50m. The first floor construction area is about 3900 sqm, with the total building area of about 10,000 sqm. There are four floors above the ground and one floor underground, with a total height of 30m.

DADINKOWA water plant is located in the town of DADINKOWA, GOMBE, Nigeria, about 36 km from the state government. Water is sourced from DADINKOWA DAM in upstream. After being treated, water is fed into the high-pressure pumping station and the lower pond, then ready to directly provide water to the GOMBE city. DADINKOWA water plant has the capacity of fifty thousand tons, covering an area of about 150 mus (around 100,000 sqm). Our Group is responsible for the design and construction. Upon completion of the project, our group will also be responsible for the technical management in operations. DINKOWA water plant is a highlight of the water supply industry in Nigeria. It has attracted groups of local university students and government officials to visit and learn. It is also a good destination for other companies to go to Nigeria to learn about the drainage technology. More importantly, DADINKOWA water plant contributes greatly to the people in GOMBE and has been highly acclaimed by the local people and the government. Project Status: operations

Abuja Outer North Ring Expressway Project (short for ONXE Project) is located in the northern part of ABUJA, capital of Nigeria. It is designed to cover 20.35km, with lane-width of 77 meters, which includes 2 X 12m main roads plus 2 X 8m relief road, totaling 10 two-way lanes. This project is designed to be the one with highest standard and most advanced facilities, since the independence of Nigeria. It is also the largest Nigeria road project independently undertaken by a Chinese enterprise so far. The successful implementation of the project eases the traffic congestion in ABUJA and improves its urban functions. Guaranteed by the consistent good performance of CGCOC, this project will lead to the prosperity and development in Nigeria.

Ethiopia Magna-Gololcha Mechara Highway project This project is located in southern Ethiopia, funded by the World Bank. This gravel road is about 117.05 km long and 7 meters wide, including 2.7 million cubic meters of soil excavation, 1 million cubic meters of roadbed filling, 0.2 million cubic meters of wearing surface with gravel stone, 15 small and medium size bridges, 30 slab culverts, and 2000 meters of pipe culvert. Although the construction condition was extremely complicated, we accomplished all the contract work successfully with our advanced technology and excellent organization work. The 7-km ring-road project is funded by the Chadian government. It is a high-end two-way 6 lanes beltway, located in the Chadian capital N'Djamena. It is designed to be as wide as 40 meters, coupled with five overpasses. This is the largest municipal construction project in the history of Chad. DOUALA Water Project in Cameroon is an important construction project funded by the Export-Import Bank of China. Upon the completion of the first phase, Douala water supply project has increased the water supply capacity up to 170,000 cubic meters per day. Phase 2 officially started in 2012, the completion of which will significantly improve the situation of drinking water in DOUALA City. Douala urban water supply project is one of the projects, featuring eight China-Africa aid measures in Cameroon. The project has always drawn full attention from the two governments. The local media commented on the project as such: “Douala water supply project is the living example of the China-Africa cooperation, dedicated to addressing pressing livelihood issues in Africa and to delivering practical benefits for the people of Africa." South Outer Ring Expressway Project (referred to as "OSEX" Project) is located in the south of the Nigeria capital ABUJA. It is designed to be 6.25km long, and 78.7 meters wide, which includes 2 X 12m main roads plus 2 X 8m relief roads, totaling 10 two-way lanes. The project includes ancillary work, earthwork, drainage work, road construction, bridge construction (4 overpasses and three pedestrian bridges), city lights, water systems, electricity and communications facilities and so on. Nile Bridge is Ethiopia's first prestressed concrete steel bridge and is also the highway bridges with the largest hole span in Ethiopia. The project is located in Amhara, Ethiopia, and is an important sub-project of the second contract of KOMBOLCHA-GUNDEWEIN. Bridge spans across the Blue Nile, with a design of 76m + 130m + 76m three-span prestressed concrete steel bridge. The total length of the bridge is 294.2m and the width is 1.3m + 8.0m + 1.3m. The completion of the bridge will unprecedentedly link the two riversides, and effectively promote inter-regional exchanges and make the lives of the local people more convenient. Djibouti-Ethiopia transnational water supply project is funded by the Export-Import Bank of China to supply water from Ethiopia to Djibouti City. Project design includes the construction of dozens of water wells, reservoirs, the supply and installation of 102-kilometer water distribution pipelines. This project is one of the largest water projects in East Africa. When completed, it will completely solve the drinking water problem in Djibouti. LOKOJA water plant construction and operation project is located in LOKOJA, the capital of KOGI state, an important junction in Nigeria's north-south traffic. The project includes a purification treatment plant, a high pool TANK A, with water storage capacity of 10,000 cubic meters, a high pool TANK B, with water storage capacity of 3,000 cubic meters, a compressor station and over 20-kilometer long of ductile pipe. Upon completion, the project will solve the drinking water problems that concern ten million people in Lokoja, substantially improving the local living environment and giving strong boost to the region's economy. Ethiopia DIRE DAWA-DEWELLE Highway project is a major transportation project funded by the Export-Import Bank of China. The highway is about 220 km long, and the construction standard is 7 meters wide and 5 cm thick single layer of asphalt concrete, with 2 by 1.5m at the highway shoulder. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve Ethiopia's domestic traffic conditions, and provide a new impetus for the economic development in Ethiopia. Project Status: under deliberation
