Training seminars held in CGC Nigeria Ltd.

In order to build a learning-oriented company, the HR and Admin Department of CGC Nigeria Ltd, together with other departments and subsidiaries, initiated two training seminars of each week since December 26th, 2015. This intended to improve the overall quality and executive force of employees so as to facilitate the development of the company.

Till now, CGC Nigeria Ltd. has held 24 training seminars, including training programs for local staff, totally involving 575 people. The seminars moderated by senior and key staff, include company institutions, financial, marketing, engineering introduction and staff self-interest sharings. Besides, we also invited the chief correspondent of CRI, Zhang Weiwei, the Director of Chinese Cultural Center, You Baoming to give presentations. We also invited professional agency to give training programs to local staff.

2016 marks the training year of CGC Nigeria Ltd. we will make further conclusion of previous experience to achieve better outcome in the future.
