On December 11th, 2017, Li Xuhui, the vice president of CGCOC and the president of CGCOC Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. attended the Fourth China-Africa Agricultural Cooperation Prosemina jointly hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and the People's Government of Hainan Province. In this period, the two sides signed the Memorandum of Understanding for Strengthening the Agricultural Scientific and Technical Cooperation.
